What we mean
A cookie is a file placed on your device when you visit a website. This policy also covers any other tracker that may access information stored on your device or write information to it, within the meaning of article 82 of French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

No consent-based cookie is placed. The website places no advertising cookies, no social network cookies and no personalisation cookies.
Traffic is measured in a cookie-free mode: no identifier is written to or read from your device, no individual profile is built, and no session recording takes place. This measurement is used solely to produce aggregate statistics about site traffic. That is why no consent banner is shown to you on this site.

Cookies strictly necessary for the merchant area to work are placed without consent: they authenticate you, secure your session and remember your display preferences. They are essential and cannot be disabled without making the service unusable.
Audience measurement in the merchant area and the recording of usage sessions, intended to understand the difficulties encountered and improve the interface, are only carried out after your consent, collected through a banner that makes refusing as easy as accepting. Input fields are masked during these recordings. You can withdraw your consent at any time; refusing has no impact on your access to the service.

On stores created with Magazengo
Each merchant decides which trackers are placed on their own store and is responsible for them. On stores, Magazengo only places the cookies strictly necessary for the cart, the order and security, and runs cookie-free audience measurement on the merchant’s behalf. If a merchant enables third-party tools, it is up to them to collect visitors’ consent and to document it in their store’s own policy.

Managing your choices
Where consent is required, you can give it, refuse it or withdraw it at any time from the tracker management banner available in the merchant area. Your choice is kept for six (6) months, after which you are asked again. A refusal is kept for as long as an acceptance.
You can also configure your browser to block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will, however, prevent signing in and completing orders.
